And so we’ve developed safe new ways to gather graciously in our 31,000 square feet of meeting space — newly renovated with floor-to-ceiling windows and a fresh modern look. Capacity charts and floor plans follow physical distance guidelines, and we have a new Virtual Meetings program, as well. At every turn you’ll see evidence of our So Fresh, So Clean cleanliness protocols.

Want to infuse some fresh air into your event? Host a reception on our expansive 16th-floor terrace, where two shimmering pools and the Washington skyline provide an inspiring backdrop. Private poolside cabanas are ideal for breakout sessions in the clouds. Schedule a think tank session for up to 16 colleagues on our 29th-floor Club Lounge, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and outside covered balcony. And Exhale Spa, on site at the hotel, can even create a custom morning stretch (at six feet apart) to energize your attendees.

Our 16th-floor restaurant, Area 31, maintains its creative culinary prowess with modified menus featuring locally sourced ingredients, along with gluten-free and vegan options.
